The CEM330 is powered by Intel Atom® x7000 processor series or Intel® Core™ i3 N-series processor, offering an optimal balance of computing performance and power efficiency for embedded systems. It supports onboard LPDDR5-4800 memory up to 16GB and 32GB/64GB eMMC storage, ensuring fast data access and stable system operation. Intel® UHD Graphics delivers smooth visual performance for display-based applications.
Ultra-Compact COM Express® Type 10 Mini Design with Rich I/O
Designed in the COM Express® Type 10 Mini form factor (84 x 55 mm), the CEM330 is ideal for space-constrained devices such as handheld systems and compact industrial equipment. Despite its small footprint, the module supports up to four PCI Express x1 lanes, up to two SATA 3.0 interfaces (optional), two USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, and eight USB 2.0 ports, providing ample expansion flexibility for customized carrier board designs. Display options include LVDS and DDI, supporting resolutions up to 4K.
Wide Voltage Input and Industrial-Grade Reliability
To accommodate diverse deployment environments, the CEM330 supports a wide input voltage range from 4.75V to 20V, maximizing compatibility across various power infrastructures. The module is available with industrial temperature support from -40°C to +85°C (with a proper thermal solution), making it suitable for harsh and mission-critical environments. Additional features such as TPM 2.0 and hardware monitoring further enhance system security and operational reliability.

The CEM330 is fully supported by Axiomtek’s eAPI and field-focused SDKs, providing an optimized development platform that simplifies application implementation and system integration.
